Crafted for you from over 29 years of cat furniture design: Overall height about 29 inches. Sensibly designed & well-balanced. A 17" long, fleecy perch Tough sisal rope scratch post (approx. 24"), wrapped with rugged 3/8" sisal rope. 14" (13" inside) condo, carpeted in and out.	Fleece lined doorway, & recessed, padded & fleece-covered lid that's removeable for cleaning. Generously sized, 18"x 18" base. Thick, rich, dense carpet. A lot of strong, steel connections. Very minor assembly required. Typically produced in beige.
The RM2 combines the fullness of a comfortably curved perch with a condo hideout (in case there's trouble!) There are actually three distinct places upon which to put in your 16 hours of sleep!
