1) Feline Design is self-distributed. As of September, 2016, we have no other distributors. Although a selection of products is available through our web site, www.felinedesign.net, our entire line is available only through our retail dealers. We sell only through independent pet supply stores. We don't offer our line through any national chain.

2) As of the publication date of this catalog, free delivery is offered on orders totaling $500 or more, after any discounts, as long as we can reach your store in 3 hours or less. In major metro areas, we'll need to deliver on a weekend, due to traffic concerns. Most of our line can be shipped via UPS, however. So you can get a small fill-in order. We strive to make shipping costs affordable.

3) You can pay for your order with a company check or cash when it is delivered. We also take MasterCard & Visa, but will need to process the payment in advance.

5) Our cat furniture is guaranteed for 90 days. We'll require the original receipt from your customer for any returns. Please help us with this by asking your customer for her receipt. Since our products are meant to be destroyed (this is a large part of its purpose, at least), we need to know how long a piece has been used before failing.
