11/10/14 Dear Valued Feline Design Customer, Recently I sent you an e-mail, asking you to tell us about the cat trees in your cherished feline companion's home. It's become evident to me that although you were offered an incentive to visit the survey page, our sisal rope customers weren't included in this reward. So, here's how I'd like to make this right: If you are among our many do-it-yourself-ers who make their own cat furniture, and who have invested in our good sisal rope in the past, you can also benefit from giving us a few minutes and sharing your views. At the end of the survey, there's an area where you can put in your name and e-mail address. This will lock in your savings. What savings you ask? Through the end of November, we already have reduced prices on the 150-375 foot lengths. But we'll include an extra 100 feet for survey participants. That's ON TOP of the already reduced prices! For the 500 ft. length, we're already giving an extra 100 feet. But if we can get you in on the survey, you can get the 732 foot box for the 500 foot price. That's an extra 232 feet! And if you are among our 732 and 1200 foot buyers, we'll sell 2 or more boxes at a 15% discount. So if you've been holding off making your buy, this would be the time to act. With sisal rope prices constantly on the increase lately, I doubt that you'll see a better deal any time soon. All of these incentives are valid through the end of November, and are available to anyone who completes our online survey form and puts their name & e-mail in the text box at the end of the survey. When I see this information, I'll confirm this to you in a personal e-mail, while also thanking you for giving me a minute or two if your time. Please know that all of your personally identifiable information is always protected according to Feline Design's privacy policy. I want you to be aware that as usual, I am the only individual here who handles any of your sensitive information. I do so according to PCI - or Payment Card Industry - Data Security Standards, and Feline Design is certified on a yearly basis for compliance to these standards. This is a rigorous assessment of all relevant practices, and rather time consuming and costly. I tell you this to assure you that I want all of my customers to have confidence in this little company, and that I would want any merchant to do the same for me.
