Our human companion will add our 10 columns and 2 crow's nests, as discussed, some new carpet, and lots of love to update his cats' favorite tree. Shipping is included. We'll give back a portion of the shipping costs if we receive some great "before & after" shots as outlined in our personal confirmation to our customer. This whole transaction expires on Halloween, 2016, after which it will need to recalculated.
