Help Improve This Website

As a webmaster, I am largely self-taught. I know the site is imperfect, to say the least. But, for the most part, it works. Or at least I think it does.

If it doesn't work for you, I'd like to know in what way it doesn't. If you are a returning or potential customer who feels that your experience at my site was frustrating or confusing, it is important that I hear from you. For that matter, are you also someone who knows a huge amount about good web sites? If you are, I am certainly open to your critique concerning the design and functionality of this little corner of the net. Not that I'm in any position to hire you or anyone else to do a complete makeover, but constructive criticism has been responsible for many improvements here over the years.

Thanks in advance for sharing any observations about this web site. Oh, and of course, if you have suggestions for new product offerings, I'm all ears.
