HACC has become one of the home team players in the Central PA Acdemic Arena. Faced with contionous growth in many outlying areas, the staff at HACC chose to work with a Green Developer and retrofit the facility located at Third & Riley in downtown Harrisburg. The hvac, plumbing and electrical was pieced together through collaboration of all trades due to the limitions presented by a 100 yr. old priniting facility. In an effort to contain cost, design time, and construction, existing systems were identified and reused in accordance with today's standards and codes. New classrooms were all served with high-end IT networking, voice and cable TV.
