The Windsor Reach approach features the ability to conceptualize your build anywhere from inception on up. Whether I'm brought in on the planning phase, or a major redesign of an existing facility, my emphasis will be on how the HVAC component blends organically with the building. Whether you're currently taking estimates and bids or if you are still in the planning phase, I can offer money saving strategies based on years of experience with the installation and redesign of HVAC systems. I have helped many companies expand or redesign HVAC systems for their new headquarters and plants. I facilitate HVAC planning and communications between plant managers, maintenance managers, factory supervisors, architects, engineers, and equipment providers. My experience has often saved my clients as much as 15% on MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) costs, with a focus on process of construction and Environmental Impact.
