From time to time, we are fortunate enough to receive helpful ideas on how to make this site better.

I am largely self-taught. I know it's imperfect, to say the least. It works, though. At least I think it does.

If it doesn't work for you, I'd like to know in what way it doesn't. If you are a returning or potential customer who feels that your experience at my site was frustrating or confusing, it is important that I hear from you.

For that matter, are you also someone who knows a huge amount about good web sites? If you are, I am certainly open to your critique concerning the design and functionality of this little corner of the net.
